Welcome to the Common Grounding Club of Clubs (“the Club”). This Charter and Membership Agreement establishes your participation within an un-incorporated, private membership federation operating as a distinct private jurisdiction under the laws of contract and equity, rooted in trust-based stewardship and natural rights. The Club is not a public entity and exists outside the scope of public statutory jurisdictions, providing members with a secure private domain for collaboration, agreements, and coherence.
The Club exists as part of a broader movement cultivating a global network of regenerative communities, projects, and technologies rooted in trust, mutual aid, and living systems design. Membership affirms your commitment to regeneration, trust-centered stewardship, and collective flourishing within this protected private domain.
• Unify and protect regenerative, healing, cultural, and ecological clubs and networks within a private jurisdiction.
• Cultivate coherence through shared agreements rooted in regeneration and decentralized stewardship.
• Catalyze connections and innovation among members.
• Nurture intergenerational learning and leadership.
Members uphold principles of regeneration, stewardship, decentralized collaboration, mutual aid, intergenerational learning, and living systems thinking.
Membership is entered into freely and without coercion.
All interactions are governed by private contract and equity jurisprudence within the Club’s domain.
Members retain autonomy while aligning with shared agreements. The federation provides coordination, not centralized control.
The Club operates through local leadership, federation coordination, and Stewardship Council oversight.
Leadership within the network is earned through contribution, reliability, and alignment, and may be nominated from active members and formally ratified by the membership or appropriate body in accordance with established processes.
The Stewardship Council upholds standards, resolves disputes, and protects the integrity of the network.
Participation requires ongoing alignment with the Club’s principles.
Members engage respectfully and avoid divisive, identity-based framing. Deeply personal topics should be approached with humility and respect.
The Stewardship Council may guide conversations back into alignment with these standards, and reserves the authority to limit participation or remove members or clubs from the network where persistent misalignment occurs.
Informal dialogue, mediation, and equity-based adjudication processes apply.
Confidentiality & Privacy: All internal communications remain private unless explicitly authorized.
The Club may guide, limit, or remove members or clubs to maintain coherence and trust.
Members may withdraw; the Club may terminate membership for harmful conduct.
Access to collaborative opportunities, events, and shared resources.
Members acknowledge that participation in activities, events, projects, or interactions within the Club may involve inherent risks.
By participating, members:
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Amendments require Stewardship Council approval.
By participating, members affirm voluntary agreement, alignment with purpose, and good-faith participation in this regenerative collaboration.
