Residency Memberships
Annual memberships granting up to 120 days of residency access, practitioner exchange rights, and governance participation. Targeting 20 residency members at stabilized operations.
Eco-Tourism Vacations
Nature-immersive vacation rentals offering restorative stays with access to trails and gardens where guest visits directly support ongoing conservation and land restoration. Within a 10 min drive to the world famous Nayauca falls.

The Structure
Not a Conventional Investment
TrustWise Private Land Trust
The land cannot be sold without unanimous beneficiary consent. Returns are defined in the trust agreement. Exit provisions exist at 5-year intervals, valued by independent appraisal.
This structure gives up liquidity. In exchange, it offers something most investment structures cannot: genuine protection — of the land, of your contribution, and of the community that depends on both.
